Starting with document 750×750
Now make new file size 3×3 … this will be our background…

When u finish , edit>define pattern and give it name as u wish …
Using fill tool , fill the background with pattern…
Okay now make someting like this ….

And style params are

When u finish that , make someting like that with rounded rectangle tool …

Style params are

Now using same tool , make rounded rectangle and copy/paste it 3 times , so it looks like that …

Syle params

Now make one big rectangle , behind those 3 … and syle it like this

Do some copy/pasting , using same blue and black styles…. and ull get smting like this

And , if u add logo there , put some reflections , add bit of text finaly that looks like this…
